"Pitiful" Taxi driver

My girl friend recently told me that her brother revealed to her that, he has a mistress. He manages to do so because his father has settled the housing for him. His mistress is the China woman who accompanied her child study here. He contributes about S$1200/- per month to her. He is just the Taxi driver. He lately acquired another China woman, but this one he only gives S$10/- a day. He tried to borrow money from my friend, his sister. She thought he is stupid so pretend she is just as tight.

Few days ago, I have chat with a customer who worked in Goldsmitch shop for 3 years. She said she some times very "pity" those Taxi Driver. She said these Taxi Driver were the "Mr Roberto" of those China woman. They will make them pay from few hundreds to few thousand dollars. The China woman's tactic is she will bring a smaller piece of Gold, and said that this is the gift from her family, she doesn't like the design, so she would like to change to another design. The Goldsmitch Shop usually allows 3 maximum changes. They will keep coming back with different guys and do the changing and upgrading. She said these Taxi Drivers are usually old uncle. These China woman not very pretty, but they are very soft spoken to the men. When they came with their girl friends, they talk loudly and differently.

You think these uncle stupid or pitiful? No wonder our government must worry our money matter for us! How many of "Taxi driver" has become penniless because of such relationship, nobody knows!
