Pretender

KK is a Malay in his 50. We are not sure of his true profession, I think he is jobless, as he has spent a lot of time hanging around in Lucky Plaza. Few months ago, he made a sudden call to Jim, and said that he was locked up in Wood bridge Hospital, he needed some disposable pantie and slipper, he requested Jim to send to him on the same day. Although KK is just a customer to Jim, he still bought the items as per KK's request, and sent to him next day by cab.

Today, KK came to ask Jim to message for him. After the session, Jim asked KK concernedly, "when you come out from there?" KK pretending he didn't know what was Jim talking about,
"What do you mean? Where?" Jim continue, "You called me to bring some staff for you!" KK is a consistent Lie, "Did I call you? I can not remember! When was that?" Actually, we all look somewhere, pretending we didn't hear the conversation between Jim and KK, we don't want to embarrass him. Finally, Jim said, "You have forgotten about it, never mind."

We guessed he doesn't want we girl to know that he was just release from Wood bridge Hospital. Before the incident, he boosted that he has 4 wives, he was divorcing the 2nd one, and there was another girl waiting in line to be his new wife. He is boosting all the time.

Eve reminded us that this is a dangerous man because he will not be hold any responsibility of what he does, as he was just out from mental hospital.

Frankly, people who just heard the conversation and don't know the story, would think Jim is mad, he should be in mental hospital instead.

I am tuitor for my son

Yesterday, was the last day of the June holidays. We were struggling for the last minute work on the June holiday assignment. He was doing maths. I taught him odd no, and even no. I taught him 1,3,5,7,9 is odd no and 2,4,6,8,10 is even no. You can divide the number with 2, if there is balance, it is odd no, all even no can be divided by 2, and you can identify the last figure of the no.....blah blah blah.

As usual, this boy give me a blank look, he circled the even no by trial and error. After I have repeated myself for at least 5-6 times, he still couldn't get the answer right! I started to feel irritated. "What's wrong with you???" "Why till today you still can not understand what am I talking??" "#$%@&*^" I started to say vogue words. I poured water on his head, "wake up............" My poor boy finally got the answer all right with tears on his eyes. Then, we went on to prepare English spelling for tomorrow.

Before he went to bed, he said to himself, "you scolded me, but it is for my own good...."
Then I went to bed pretending nothing has happened. The next day, I hugged him immediately when he woke up, and I apologise to him. " Forgive me, son for I use water to pour on you, OK......" He noded his head with a smile.

Today, when I came home, he asked me, " can you help me to print out this picture for my friend Ho Wei?" he pointed to the picture of longhouse in Sarawak, this is for the social studies project. I immediately respond, "I help you to do homework is enough, why you give me extra job???" "Furthermore, printing pictures need inks, the inks need money?" He begged "I only asking for one picture? I have promised him. I will not promise any other person OK." "You teach me how to print it, I will print it myself."

I finally printed the picture for him. On second thought, he is such a kind and wonderful boy.

A true story

Cindy and Paul were both borned in a far away island of Malaysia. Most residents in that island fish for small ikan bilis and sell them to tourists. In that island, everyone know each other. Cindy and Paul have known each other since young; they play together and study together. Cindy's family is more well off than Paul's. Cindy and Paul grew fond of each other thus, Cindy had her first relationship with Paul when they were fourteen.

When they grew up, Paul left school in form 3. However, the parents of Cindy, especially Cindy's mother, see Paul as a useless, black triad gangster. She objected their relationship vigorously, and nobody can change her mind, not even Cindy's grandmother. According to Paul, Cindy's grandma had ever suggested to him to pregnant Cindy so that Cindy's mother would agreed on their marriage. Paul hesitated to follow the idea.

Cindy finally succumb to the circumstances. She slowly distance herself from Paul, left the Island and moved on to work in Taiwan for 9 months without saying goodbye to Paul. Paul also moved on to work in Japan. Eventually, Cindy move on to work in Singapore. She work in a electronic factory, where she met her husband Sam.

She married to Sam in 3 months period and settle down as PR in Singapore. They have one son whom is 15 years old now.

Paul has not heard from Cindy for a long time. He finally settled down with a Malaysian girl and had two children together, age 8 years old and 5 years old respectively. And he opened an Aquarium shop in KL.

Three years ago, when Cindy started to feel that she love her husband gradually, Sam lost a big sum of money from gambling, share etc. The amounts are so huge that, Cindy decided to sell away their 4 room flat and downgraded to a 3 room flat, so that they were able to clear the debt.
The debt has been temporarily settled, but Cindy started to get agony over her husband the moment she found that he has sold her jewellery to the Prawn Shop. She started to hate him. Even her husband has won the lottery and claimed back the jewellery. She was still not able to forgive her husband.

In coincidentally, when Cindy visited her parents in her home town. The common friend of both Cindy and Paul passed the contact of Paul to Cindy. Cindy made the call when she returned to Singapore. They started to talk about their own families' lives. Cindy expressed her problems with her husband, and Paul also express he has nothing much in common with his wife.

They talk almost every day and night, and finally arranged to meet in Penang. Their relationship blossom again once more time since two years ago.

Paul's Aquarium business has failed, while Cindy's salon business is doing reasonably well.
Cindy suggested Paul to close the Aquarium business in Malaysia and encourage him to to get a job in Singapore.

Paul finally came to Singapore. In fact, Cindy purposely went in to Malaysia to meet Paul and brought him out to Singapore first time.

Now, Cindy rented a room for S$350/-, she brought mattress, fan and television, the basic staff. She paid for all expenses. Paul is broke, he doesn't have money. So, every things depend on Cindy.

Cindy always excuse herself from going home and stay with Paul in their new rented home. The most interesting part is Cindy's husband seems like a dumb head, he doesn't ask questions, he doesn't express his agony, in fact, whenever, Cindy was home, he will warm the food for her.
We all wonder he might sense somethings is going on for Cindy, but, he also acknowledge that part of the problem is his gambling debt which contributed by him. Or he probably love Cindy too much, he will agree with Cindy as long as this woman stay with him. We are just guessing, nobody know the real answer.

Cindy is the eldest in the family, she has five sisters and one brother. Her parents are the head of the village, and their parents are very active in charity work in the Buddhist temple. Since young, every one adore Cindy, as she is a sensible child. Every one who close to her listen to her. Cindy is a girl afraid of loneliness, she needs companies. She believed that Paul and her are lover in previous life, they are meant for each other.

Before the reunion with Cindy, Paul has declared that he will not give up his family in Malaysia as he adores his children. I believed that the pain of Cindy has left him without explanation reminded him not to do the same things to his partner. Cindy accepted the reality. She thought as long as her true love is with her, she is alright. She even dream that she will try to work hard and make money these few year in Singapore, when her son completed the army, she would open a salon in KL, they could live there together.

Cindy is serious about the relationship. She revealed her relationship with Paul with almost all her friends, and sisters. When her sisters had a short visit to Singapore, she arranged Paul and her son join in and travel to Santosa together. She would love his son know her lover Paul.

Paul is not educated, and not a type that will bother to read up or study to improve himself. Although, Cindy did not has high qualification academically, she has manage to complete the necessary qualification in beauty line. She love to read. She is reading whenever she has time.
She is outward speaking, while Paul is an introvert. They have quite difference personality.

Before coming to Singapore, Paul agree to mix himself into her circle of life. So, whenever Cindy went for some gathering or talk, she brought him along. The fact is Paul doesn't have the capacity to accept all life that Cindy is going through. He was not punctual for the meeting; he wanted to leave the scene halfway because the talk is conducted in English; he lost his temper easily and very frequently... Cindy has a soft spot for Paul. Her mood swing with his temper. She said nobody ever made her cries as much as Paul. She give in to him all the time.

If it is her Husband, it is difference story. She is at the upper hand. If she is going for some gathering, dancing, talks etc, if she ask Sam to go, he will try to go, if she didn't ask, he will not go. No question ask. For the last few years, she went back to visit her parent in the Island, she doesn't want her husband to go with her, he will not go and no queries or argument.

Well, I have to stop the story here, because, the story hasn't end yet. The drama is still going on. I will update the story whenever there is new development.

Some people don't believed there is true love in this world. They predict what Paul need is money, one day Paul might cheat some money from Cindy and return back to his family in Malaysia. I think they would part due to difference in personality. Paul has nothing to lose, Cindy would have to pay for the penalty. Her husband might divorce her, she would have to start a new life all over again.

Lately, I heard a lot of dramatic relationship. They can be a script for drama show. We are nobody to give judgement for Cindy and Paul. But, there bound to be a lesson to be learned in this story.

There is one Chinese saying, ie messy start and messy end.

Somethings Luxury

I decided to call for Pizza Hut's home delivery. They have promotion for buy one get one free. We place order for 2 set of Hawaiian Pizza. When we eat Pizza, we always go for Hawaiian Pizza. My kids are very fussy and choosy for food.

During the 45 Min's waiting, my son was very excited about the order. He kept asking, "mummy, did you make a lot of money today?" "How much did you earn today?" "Oh, I don't believe it, we got Pizza to eat!" I have to explain to him, "No, I didn't earn a lot today. But I got a few jobs today. Since you have requested for many times, and it was school holiday now, so I just give you a treat."

When my daughter eating her portion of Pizza, she was using the hand phone to take down the picture of the Pizza. I asked, "The Pizza is so common, why bother to take picture for it?"She reply me, "This is not something you will get for us every time we want it, it is "Luxury" for us. I take the picture to account for the good deed you have done for us."

Pizza is just some expensive junk food! I didn't know it can mean so much for the Kids! To me, the real feast is some Chinese cruising from the restaurant.

A Child Called It

My girl has finished reading - A Child Called 'IT'. She has wanted to read this book since end of 2005. I finally reserved the book from the National Library during this June holiday. She said she has cried serveral times when she read the book, and even when she was eating a small piece of watermelon I cut for her, she felt so grateful and appreciate every things she has. She recommended me to read this book myself.

Well, I haven't started reading yet. The back cover said as follow.

"Dave Pelzer's remarkable journey from a child who lived in terror of his unstable, violently unpredictable mother's every move, to his emergence as an inspiration the world over is a remarkable tale of survival and the triumph of the human spirit over adversity.

Dave Pelzer's three volums of memoirs - A Child Call 'IT' , The Lost Boy and A Man Named Dave - brought this story of courage and triumph against all odds to the world, becoming global bestsellers. My story brings these volumes together, following Dave from a childhood spent in fear, his tempestuous teenage years haunted by the spectre of his mother, through to his adulthood, and his great achievement of not only understanding and reconciling the story of his own life, but his dedication to helping others overcome similar adversity."

Humanity in Old China

Ever wonder how an illiterate can sponsor their children study oversea?

An 70 years old lady visited our shop. She is our old customer. We had some casual talk. We praise her that she has a husband and a daughter who care to escort her here for massage. She response with the statement, "I use my own money! I do not like to take money from him, and I won't give any money to him. I asked my children do not give any money to him. " We all wonder, why? Well, she had 9 children. She stayed with a difficult in law whose prefered boys than girls. She worked very hard for money, as her husband wages was not enough to raise the big family. She worked day and night, earning S$700/- a month as a laundry lady at her own home. Her business flew in by word of mouths, as she was capable of cleaning the clothes real clean. (The manager at that time only earned S$300/- a month) She worked as properties broker's operator at home though she is illiterate, it enable her to sponsor her children to further their study oversea!

She related that most older generation like her in law preference boys over girls. There was an old lady from China visited her neighbour whose has a few daughters. The old lady said to those girls, "If you were born in China, you were all be dead!" The old lady reveled that her husband used ashes to choke the baby to end their life. Her first two baby girls had the same faith. When her third baby girl was born. She adored her as she had rosy cheek and she was so sweet. She bet her husband to let her kept her third child. You know what? Her husband refused and insisted to go ahead the murder of the baby. They are childless eventually.
I heard the similar tales from my father, except that the girls were drown in the drain. It was an open secret in the old China in the 40'.

She said our government had made the mistake of controlling child birth in the 70'. She said the government will have to pay people to give birth. She believed China's one child policy will have the same consequence as Singapore eventually.

What an interesting conversation!

Sri Lanka Crab

Sri Lanka Crabs are huge in size, compared to any other crab from elsewhere. Someone once told me a tale explaining why Sri Lanka's crab is so big. The story goes like this: As Sri Lanka people are very poor, they usually throw the corpse of the people who passed away into the river, and the corpse become food for the crabs, that is why the crab is so big. For quite a while, I am hesitatance to eat Sri Lanka's crab.

There is a tourist from Sri Lanka who visited our shop. I took the opportunity to clarify this matter with him. This is his version of the explanation : The Sri Lanka's crab is usually breed in the Lagoon. Inside the Lagoon, there are fishes as their feedstock. Nearby the Lagoon, there are other animals, it is possible some corpse of these animal are available hence, the crabs can grow so well.

Well, happy with the answer? Will see if there are any other version of the story.

Tibet

A Tibet monk visited our shop and had his foot reflectology. As usual, we took this opportunity to gather some information of Tibet, as my colleague plans to visit the country next year. According to him, the best time to visit Tibet is January and February, or after Chinese New Year. The temperature is about 25 degree, when it is cooling and easy for us. If traveled in June, the temperature is around 31 degree Celsius, which is as warm as Singapore. There is a lot of rain during June as well. The cold month is Nov and Dec.

My colleague is interested in "Tien zhu", he said it is pricey. The "9 eyes Tien zhu " is about S$25,000/-. The "2 eyes Tien zhu" is about S$5000/- and "the single eye Tien zhu" is about S$2500/-.

Reiki sharing session

Tonite, there was a Reiki sharing section organised by the Reiki master in Kennery Road. Penny invited me to go for this once a month sharing section.

We began with self introduction and briefly what is our relationship with Reiki. And each one of us pick a card and read out. It is the message for us. The master also explain the messag mean to us. Including the Master, there are 16 of us. We have a brief questions and answers section. Then for those who have not experience Reiki, can try out the Reiki section by those student already gone through at least Reiki Level 1. The master uses an instrument to tell us our body physical condition.

The master asks for our age and height, and key in the age eg 44 and height 1.64 into the instrument. Then we stand on the instrument. The machine will show the weight eg 67.9. and calculat the equivalant age of our body metalbolism, eg 49, it means my physical body is older than my actual age, the recommendation is to exercise at least 3 times a week to improve this problem. From the chart, she can tell what is our water intake, eg 45%. If the standard is 43% to 60%, it shown that our water intake is insufficient, we are recommended to drink more water, so that in future we can reach 60%. The chart can tell my tummy fat is 7, while the standard is 1.2% to 12%, it shown that I am too fat. The chart can also tell my bone structure is 2.7 while standard is 1.4 to 2.4. It means my bone is heavy.

One of the India lady is 67 years old, but her body metalbolism is 43, because she has done excercise like Yaga 3 times a week. And she exercise regularly. one of the guy is 42 years old, his body metalbolish is only 19. They are all younger than me

I am glad I have come for this gethering, I rise my awareness of my physical condition and I think I have to seriously take care of myself by doing regular exercise and watch out the diets.

Rich Dad or Poor Dad?

Rich Dad or Poor Dad? - Another great story to share

One day a wealthy father took his son on a trip to the country to show him how other people live. They spent a couple of days and nights on a ramshackle farm with a poor family.

When they returned, the father asked his son what he had learned about poverty from the trip.

The son answered:
"I saw that we have one dog and they had four.
"We have a pool that reaches to the middle of our garden. They have a creek that has no end.
"We have imported lanterns in our garden, but they have the stars at night.
"Our patio reaches to the front yard. They have fields that go beyond our sight.
"We have servants who serve us, but they are able to serve others.
"We buy our food, but they grow theirs.
"We have walls around our property to protect us.They have friends to protect them."
Then his son added:
"Thanks, Dad, for showing me how poor we are, and how much others have."

And so both father and son learned a valuable lesson.
Give thanks for what you have, instead of worrying about what you don't have.
Appreciate everything, including family and friends.

And be thankful for everything you learned from Dad.
Happy Father's Day!

You never know when the Lord visits

You never know when the Lord visits! - Another great story to share

Ruth went to her mail box and there was only one letter. She picked it up and looked at it before opening, but then she looked at the envelope again. There was no stamp, no postmark, only her name and address.

She read the letter: Dear Ruth: I`m going to be in your neighborhood Saturday afternoon and I'd like to stop by for a visit. Love Always, Jesus. Her hands were shaking as she placed the letter on the table. "Why would the Lord want to visit me? I'm nobody special. I don't have anything to offer." With that thought, Ruth remembered her empty kitchen cabinets. "Oh my goodness, I really don't have anything to offer. I'll have to run down to the store and buy something for dinner." She reached for her purse and counted out its contents. Five dollars and forty cents. Well, I can get some bread and cold cuts, at least." She threw on her coat and hurried out the door.

A loaf of French bread, a half-pound of sliced turkey, and a carton of milk...leaving Ruth with grand total twelve cents to last her until Monday. Nonetheless, she felt good as she headed home, her meager offerings tucked under her arm. "Hey lady, can you help us,lady?" R uth had been so absorbed in her dinner plans, she hadn't even noticed two figures huddled in the alleyway.

A man and a woman, both of them dressed in little more than rags. "Look lady, I ain't got a job, ya know, and my wife and I have been living out here on the street, and, well, now it's getting cold and we're getting kinda hungry and, well, if you could help us. Lady, we'd really appreciate it." Ruth looked at them both. They were dirty, they smelled bad and frankly, she was certain that they could get some kind of work if they really wanted to.

"Sir, I'd like to help you, but I'm a poor woman myself. All I have is a few cold cuts and some bread, and I'm having an important guest for dinner tonight and I was planning on serving that to Him." "Yeah, well, okay lady, I understand. Thanks anyway." The man put his arm around the woman's shoulders, turned and headed back into the alley.

As she watched them leave, Ruth felt a familiar twinge in her heart. "Sir, wait!" The couple stopped and turned as she ran down the alley after them. "Look, why don't you take this food. I'll figure out something else to serve my guest." She handed the man her grocery bag. "Thank you lady. Thank you very much!" "Yes, thank you!" It was the man's wife, and Ruth could see now that she was shivering. "You know, I've got another coat at home. Here, why don't you take this one." Ruth unbuttoned her jacket and slipped it over the woman's shoulders.

Then smiling, she turned and walked back to the street...without her coat and with nothing to serve her guest. "Thank you lady!. Thank you very much!". Ruth was chilled by the time she reached her front door, and worried too. The Lord was coming to visit and she didn't have anything to offer Him. She fumbled through her purse for the door key. But as she did, she noticed another envelope in her mailbox. "That's odd. The mailman doesn't usually come twice in one day."

Dear Ruth: It was so good to see you again. Thank you for the lovely meal. And thank you, too, for the beautiful coat. Love Always, Jesus. The air was still cold, but even without her coat, Ruth no longer noticed.

How to stay young

HOW TO STAY YOUNG - Another great articles to share

1. Throw out nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight and height.
Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them.

2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down. (keep this In mind if you are one of those grouches;)

3. Keep learning: Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop." And the devil's name is Alzheimer's!

4. Enjoy the simple things.

5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and Lots of time with HIM/HER.

6. The tears happen: Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person who is with us our entire life, is ourself. LIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love: Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the next country, to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

Picture of Peace

Picture of peace - Another great story to share

THERE WAS ONCE A KING who offered a prize to the artist who could paint the best picture of peace. Many artists tried. The King looked at all the pictures, but there were only two he really liked, and he had to choose between them.

One picture was of a calm lake. The lake was a perfect mirror for the peaceful towering mountains all around it. Overhead was a blue sky with fluffy white clouds. All who saw this picture thought that it was a perfect picture of peace.

The second picture had mountains, too. But these were rugged and bare. Above was an angry sky from which rain fell, and in which lightning played. Down the mountainside tumbled a foaming waterfall. This did not look peaceful at all. But when the King looked, he saw behind the waterfall a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock. In the bush a mother bird had built her nest. There, in the midst of the rush of angry water, sat the mother bird on her nest... a picture of perfect peace.

Which of the pictures won the prize? The King chose the second picture. Do you know why? "Because," explained the King, "peace does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. Peace means to be in the midst of all those things and still be calm in your heart. That is the real meaning of peace."

I wish .......

If time can go back again, I wish I know the Lord before I was born.
If I know thy, He will teach me properly. I will have fears. I will follow His teaching.
If I know thy, He will guard me accordingly. I will appreciate things I already have. I will drop my passion to things doesn't belong to me.
If I know thy, He will love me dearly. I will know He is there for me. I will not look for love around blindly.
If I know thy, I will pray to Him for wisdom. I will make clever choices that I will not regret for life.
If I know thy, He will bless me whatever I do. I will change the wrong to the right. I will not drown.
If I know thy, I will pray to Him for intelligent. I will always say the right things at the right time.
If I know thy, I will pray to Him don't let me gone through so many tempation.

I sent my son to join the Church camp at National Service Resort & Country Club at 10 Changi Coast Walk. I decided to give myself a break at very last minutes. I have not taking a day off from work since Dec'06. My body tells me I need a break.
It is good to take a break and go to the nature, listen to the music from the sea wave. Temporary put every things behind me and just sit back. It is luxury which I am affordable.

Super Energy Water System

This is the best super energy water system you can ever find in the world. The design are so thoughtful, and it is so functional and efficient.

My testimony:

This is our drinking water daily.
My family fill up the water into bottle and bring to school and work every day. We can drink directly without the trouble of boiling the water again. It is safe, soft and pure. It taste better than the mineral water we brought from the supermarket.

I use the water from the system to wash rice; vegetables; fruits; fishes; prawns; chicken etc, all the edible stuffs. It washes away the contamination, and let my family eat healthy and a peace of mind.

The vegetables and the fruits which are washed by the water can be left inside the fridge for up to two weeks and stay fresh. The pictures above tell the truth : the vegetables after washed and prepared, it was put inside the plastic bag and left inside the fridge. This is how it looks, after took out from the fridge one week later - it is still fresh. The cooked vegetable was from the same vegetables after one week of storage - see to believed it.

While for the rice, if there is leftover rice, it can be used as fried rice the next day. There is no wastage of food.

I use it to water my plants, it help the plants growth very well.
I use it to breed fishes, the fishes live for a long life.
I wash my face and hair with it, it is so soft and pure that my face can absorb the moisturiser and cosmetic even better. And my hair texture is getting softer.

We use it to make coffee and tea. It taste better with the pure water.

With this water system, we no need to worry about recycled water, contaminated water, polluted water. It is like a mini water filtration system installed in our house.

Another important feature of the system are : It is connected directly to the water tape without requirements of electricity, ie it can be installed in any part of the world, no need to worry of the power supply. There is no drainage of water, in other words, there is no wastage of water.

If you are thinking of getting one or two of these systems in your house or office, please email to me. It is idea for Restaurant. You will never regret to get this system.
Concepts of Good Water
  • Zero pollution
  • PH shows alkalises
  • High oxygen content in the water
  • Retain minerals which are good to human body
  • Small water molecule structure
  • Constant energy wave

The following are the advantages :

Drink Healthy
Pure healthy drinking water gives further essential soluble minerals required of the human body by providing water free of germs and contamination.

Eat Healthy
It helps you to rinse vegetable, fish and meat thoroughly, and also helps to preserve freshness. It rids of heavy metal, and has a fantastic property rinsing off harmful substances of agrochemical and other harmful substances.

Energized Constitution
It can activate our cells, improve our resistance to disease, strengthen our vitality and keep us healthy and live a long life.

Internal Cleansing
It helps to remove waste that buildup in the human body, cleanses the human body's metabolic system, adjusts the pH, and restores one's normal metabolic functions.

The following are the sequence of how the water flow through and work.
Stage 1 . Special Filter Element for Filter System
The disposable filter element can be renewed about every 6 months (2000 litres). It is made of compound non-woven fabric meeting the requirements of 5 Micron. It can effectively eliminate coarse impurities in the water such as iron rust, water scale, stone, microorganism and colloid materials and it helps lengthen the service life of the system.

Stage 2. Doulton Kieselguhr silica ceramic filtration core (UK)
Silica ceramic, are extremely small particles, they can effectively block off minute particles bigger than 0.5 micron from passing through the filter element. The addition of silver element, it can eliminate 99.9% of colon bacillus, e-coli, and enterovirus. The silver element contained in the ceramic core has a self-disinfectant property that cab sterilize automatically. If the filter element is clogged by the pollutants, it can be cleaned by a brush to recover its super powerful filtration function. The filtrated water comes out pure, containing no bacteria, and can be drink directly without boiling.
* Replacement cycle: every 10,000 liters, or in two years

Stage 3. High-performance pressurized active carbon rod filtration (USA) core
This device adopts U.S. imported high-performance pressurised active carbon rod filtration core with a pore size below 1 micro. It effectively filters out substances harmful to the human body such as chloride, trihalomethanes, heavy metal (Pb,Cd,As,Hg), chemical toxins, odor, agrochemical, organic compounds, carcinogens through oxidation reduction. Meanwhile, it is able to retain soluble minerals, such as calcium, magnesium etc. This device has been rated as the first class filter elements for drinking water machine.
* Replacement cycle: every 6,000 liters (1,500 gallons), or in one year, and is controlled by the flow meter

Stage 4. Energy Active Water Conversion System (Japan)
The water after the mineral treatment will release 23 kinds of water-soluble minerals beneficial to the human body. It will also convert ordinary water into water of small molecules(Hexagonal Water), all of which are in ordered arrangement, high density, high penetration and high dissolved oxygen with constant energy wave(Far infrared ray). Drinking the hexagonal water on a long-term basis will active all functions of a living thing and further increase the health index. This system has obtained its patents in many countries all over the world.
Stage 5. Life Energy Magnetic Resonate System
This product is a kind of three dimensional resonate magnetic system with high intensity of magnetic field. It was developed under the authorization of Sumitomo Co Ltd, Japan. When water flows through a magnetic field, it will produce resonance and free electrons. This helps rearrangement of the molecular structure of water to make them become water of small molecules (hexagonal) and activate the water instantly. Further it will turn water into "water of life which is the most similar to the water in human body".

Furthermore, the materials of the system are made of stainless steel, it is built to last for a long long times. This is a great system. The price is S$1890/- per unit - the price is reasonable too.

It can be installed easily by D.I.Y. follow the instructions given. It is light weight and can be removed and reinstalled in another location easily. It is mobile too.

Great products for the people who love their family like me.

Family

Another great story to share......

I ran into a stranger as he passed by, "Oh excuse me please" was my reply.
He said, "Please excuse me too;I wasn't watching for you."We were very polite, this stranger and I. We went on our way and we said goodbye.

But at home a different story is told,How we treat our loved ones, young and old.

Later that day, cooking the evening meal, My son stood beside me very still. When I turned, I nearly knocked him down. "Move out of the way," I said with a frown. He walked away, his little heart broken.I didn't realize how harshly I'd spoken.

While I lay awake in bed, God's still small voice came to me and said, "While dealing with a stranger, common courtesy you use, but the family you love, you seem to abuse. Go and look on the kitchen floor,You'll find some flowers there door. Those are the flowers he brought for you. He picked them himself: pink, yellow and blue. He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise, you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes." By this time, I felt very small, and now my tears began to fall.

I quietly went and knelt by his bed; "Wake up, little one, wake up," I said. "Are these the flowers you picked for me?" He smiled, "I found 'em, out by the tree. I picked 'em because they're pretty like you. I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue." I said, "Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today; I shouldn't have yelled at you that way." He said, "Oh, Mom, that's okay. I love you anyway." I said, "Son, I love you too, and I do like the flowers, especially the blue."

FAMILY Are you aware that if we died tomorrow, the company that we are working for could easily replace us in a matter of days. But the family we left behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives. And come to think of it, we pour ourselves more into work than into our own family, an unwise investment indeed, don't you think? So what is behind the story?

Do you know what the word FAMILY means?FAMILY = (F)ATHER (A)ND (M)OTHER (I) (L)OVE (Y)OU

Fried Rice

I only go for simple cooking.

I have been cooking this disk for my kids and they love it.

The ingredients are crab meat, chicken sausage, eggs, onion, chilli, pepper, tomato sauce, and black sauce.

Method : For 3 person's portion, get 3 to 4 pcs of each ingredients. ie 3-4 pcs of crab meat, 3-4 pcs of sausages, 3-4 pcs of onions.

Prepare the chilli with the black sauce first. Mix the egg with black source and pepper.

First add oil and fried the egg to golden colour and put aside. Then add oil and throw in the sliced crab meat, sausages, onions into the wok, stir for a while, subsequently, pour the portion of steam rice into the wok, and the golden egg, the chilli source, and little tomato source. Stir them till the mixture are even. Prepare to serve.

It take me about 15 to 20 mins to do this disc. Try it for yourself.

Career in Conferencing

A friend of mine changed to a new job - working with a Conference Organisation. The job included preparation of conferencing, thinking of attractive title, topic of current affair or technology breakthrough, decide which speakers to bring in for the conference, decide the venue of the event, design of the handout, brochure, and do the telemarketing list of customers in the world, and make sure that the customer do attend the conference, otherwise, they will refund the 50% deposit to the customers.

The customers they targeted is not the ordinary people, they are targeting the people from the fortune 500 company in the world. They are inviting the CEO, HR, people at the top come for the conference. They have to listen to CNN news, check the list of the new arising star in the market. The most difficult part is to be able to talk to the CEO directly. As usual, most CEO will have a capable secretary to guard the office. The secretary will filter the call and won't channel the call to the CEO even they are available.

In order to reach to the CEO, my friend will have to pretend, and try all mean to reach the CEO. The CEO usually are very nice person. Then my friend will have to sell the idea of the conference within 3 Min's, because the CEO are normally very busy people.

In my friend's company, there are guy who earn S$16,000/- every month, because the company give out 2% commission from the revenue received to the sales staffs.

I can imagine the pressure of making every phone call and the possibility of rejection. The pressure of making every conference a success. You need to have a lot of drive, challenge, strategy, motivation, and energy to start a new day everyday. The reward is waiting for you.

No wonder people working in the conferencing line are all so high energy.

Husband

My former tenants are 4 young men from India, they are the new immigrants to Singapore. Working in good company in their specialised field, earning good salary. They are aged between 24 to 30 years old of the marriageable age.

They all accepte the arrange marriage from their parents. Their parents will send them the picture of the selected girl, with full revive of the educational background, family background etc. If the boy interested, they will return to India and arrange for a meeting with the girl. If it is agreeable, the date will be selected for the enagement and marriage. Bride will return to India and go through the cerimony with the girl accordingly.

The man will bring the wife here for their new life together.

Marriage is seems so simple to them. And surprisingly, most marriage last like a fairly tales story..... they married, have children and together forever after with a happy life. And the tradition go on and on.........

Maybe the world today should take a peak of the marriage from India.

Reiki

My group of friends are the keen learner of Reiki. One of them share with us yesterday that when she reiki, sometimes she can see the past life of the person. Because she is not suppose to revew the true of the past life to the person, she felt uneasy about it, so, she said to herself "I don't want to see it" and she has lost the power ever since.

She told us she saw a beautiful wall with fantastic decoration and a cloud of people in ancient Chinese background when we reiki with Eve the very first time. She has no clue what it is going on. When she reiki with Eve the thrid time, the story continue, she went in to the cloud and saw Eve was killed with a stroke of knife form behind the back.

Eve was not told of the story, but we are all wondering, Eve today is a lone ranger, who seems to have unsolve problems and couldn't sleep well. She don't trust people especially men. Could it be the past life affected her present life behaviour? We are thinking of encourage her to attend some spiritual course, so that she can release her past, unload the bunden of the past and carry on her present life.

Room to let

rentalI have a room to let. I posted the advertisement at the passage of the MRT. We prefer lady tenants, married couple will be considered.
A guy SMS me whether can rent to couple, I return message "married couple will be considered". He sms "we are just friends". I replied "sorry". I have to be aware to let people use my house as cheap hotel. Maybe they are all "married couple" want to rent a room as permanent place to conduct adultery. It is not that I think too much! In real life, I have seen married woman with husband and child, assisting the married boyfriend with wife and children to search for jobs in Singapore are cohibit in a friend's house. And thinking to get a rented room so that they can live together as frequent as possible.
I see trouble in this type of relationship. What will happen if the husband find out the true? Or what will happen if the wife of the boyfriend find out the true? I am afraid of the trouble. Although it is nothing to do with me, but if I rent out the room to the adultery couple, I will be involved in the scam. Maybe one day a stranger will knock at my door and scare me and my family to the core. I am a responsible mother for my children's well being. I should not take this type of risk and circum my family into unnecessary troubles. (05/June/07)

Lesson from the rich uncle

I have a rich uncle. He built a seven stories hotel near bugis without any loan from the bank. We visit him every year in the first day of the Chinese New Year and his birthday cerebration.
I am always curious how the immigrant from the mainland china, came to settle in Singapore can accumulate so much wealth in his lifetime. One day I sat next to him and asked him to reveal his secret. He only has one word for me "thrifty". At first I am not satisfy with the answer, but on 2nd thought it is the "true".
I remember for so many years when we visited his bungalow, there were leaking roofs were not repaired. Eventually, that land with the bungalow was sold for at least 12 millions to the bank.
"Thrifty" is a virtue that very hard to follow in this materialistic world today. Being "thrifty" will not able to make a person wealthy today, but I am sure, "thrifty" will help people get out of financial troubles and help to save some moneys and lead a comfortable life eventually.

1000 ways to be thrifty

I want to share my experiences of being "thrifty" in real life. These are not somethings I am born and capable of but it is somethings I have learned and practice in these recent years.
1. I trim my own hair and trim hair for my son as well. I save at least S$10/- for the 10Min's hair cut, and another S$10/- for my son's hair cut.
2. I brought a lot of 2nd hand and discounted clothes. A 2nd hand T-Shirt costs about S$2/- each, a 2nd hand dress costs about S$5/-. They are able to get from the flea market. You can check it out in from the flea market from Kambagan CC. They have flea market every 1st Saturday of the month. The most important they are comfortable. Sometimes if you are lucky, you can get the brand one at unbelievable price.
3. I don't subscribe to SCV - the paid cable TV. We watch channel 5, channel 8 and kids centre. There are so many programme to watch, they are good enough.
4. I tried to cook at home. Imagine a packet of First Choice Roti Prata, consists of 6 pcs of crispy pancake cost only S$1.80/-. It works out to be only S$0.30/-each for a Prata without egg. A Roti Prata with egg selling in the hawker centre is S$1.20/-each with egg, and S$0.60/each without egg.
5. My friends give me some clothes because their son has outgrown the size. I clean up and let my son wear them. Important it is comfortable.
6. I tried to arrange things in the order. For example, all the stationery's put in one corner, so that I don't buy things because I can't allocate them. Very often, we buy things we already have because we don't know where we have put them.
7. I wear one same shoes all the time, until they have wear and tear. I notice that I only need 2 pairs of shoes a year.
8. Nowadays, every bank check a fees if you don't keep a stated average minimum sum in the bank. eg S$2/- will be deducted for less than S$500/- deposit in DBS bank. Try to avoid the charges by keeping up with the minimum deposit.
9. Make paying the bill the priority. PUB, conservancy charges, telephone bill, TV licence, property tax, income tax, installment for the home etc. Nowadays, every reminder letter is additional of S$0.50/-, the penalty and the interest is really not worth to pay for.
10. If we don't have spare money to spend, cut down the window shopping. As I said, there are so many beautify things out there to tempt you to spend money. If you don't see, you can save your temptation, and that will save you a lot of money.
11. To borrow books from our National Library. You don't need to buy books and magazine every time. You can go to the nearest Library for a browse. One card can borrow 4 books and the period is 21 days. It save space too, because we don't need to find a place for that extra book.
12. Use up the hair shampoo, cosmetic, body lotion before you buy new one. Use up things already bought, don't waste. If you start now, you will notice that you have a lot of unfinished goods in your house, they in fact still can be used.
13. I use the paid phone card instead of the fixed monthly subscript phone line. A S$20/- card sometimes can stretch to 2 months. Don't use the mobile phone to chit chat.

There are more to be continued...................
